What is coaching?
Coaching is about supporting you to move forwards to reach your full potential and create your best life. It gives you space to reflect and learn, believing that the best answers come from within yourself, but need help in drawing them out.

My role as a coach is to create a safe and supportive environment to enable you to share freely and confidentially. I ask questions that will provoke thought, and use tools to inspire you to set meaningful goals, increase awareness, address unhelpful habits, and identify actions. These all work together to help you move forwards, to unlock your potential and bring balance in your life and work.
What can I use coaching for?
Clients often come to coaching because they are unsure how to move forwards. This may be because they have an idea they want to develop or a passion they want to pursue but don’t know where to start. It may be because they want to work out how to progress in their career, grow in confidence in their work or achieve balance in their lives. Many of my clients come feeling overburdened and need a place to unravel their thinking, breathe deeply, and feel encouraged and ready to move forward.

Having led teams within the international development sector for the past 20 years, I bring broad experience of leading and coaching others, designing strategy and cultivating multicultural teams. This gives me a rich understanding of what my clients are facing that I can draw on in giving them support.
Who do you work with?
I work with anyone who feels that they could benefit from my coaching style and background understanding. My typical clients are women who are stepping up in their careers or newly into leadership, and want to explore their potential, grow in confidence and thrive as leaders. Often they are keen to pursue their passions but don’t know how to move forwards. Many of my clients work in the not-for-profit sector, valuing the understanding that I bring from my own experience in this sector.
How will I be coached?
In our first session, we will discuss what you would like to focus on and how coaching might best support you. My standard starter package includes four to six sessions that will help you see progress. These are usually about 60 minutes in length and can be scheduled at a pace that suits you, but a typical frequency may be every 2-6 weeks. During each session I will always make time for you to reflect on insights, actions and questions gained as a result of our conversation. After the series of sessions have been completed I am happy to review with clients whether further coaching support would be of benefit.
Since my clients tend to live in a range of destinations, including internationally, the majority of my coaching is online, though I am happy to meet clients face to face around the London and South East region of the UK.
What does it cost?
I offer my first consultation session for free and then will tailor a coaching package depending on your needs.  Prices vary depending on the number and content of sessions. In order to make coaching as accessible as possible, specific discounts are available for those currently not in employment or on low wages.
